ALA piedāvā stipendijas piedalīties šovasar 2×2 nometnei!

2×2 nometnes rīkotāji izsludinājuši pieteikšanos dalībai 2018. gada nometnē, kas notiks Zaļenieku muižā Latvijā no 11. līdz 17. jūlijam. Atbalstot 2×2 kustību un Amerikas latviešu jauniešu līdzdalības iespējas tajā, ALA piedāvā segt 2×2 reģistrācijas maksu pirmajiem desmit dalībniekiem no ASV. Pieteikumi adresējami ALAs stipendiju komisijai un nosūtāmi Andrai Zommerei: azommers@sbcglobal.net. The organizers of the “2×2” program have opened registration for this summer’s camp, to be held at the Zalenieki estate in Latvia from July 11 to 17, 2018. In support of the “2×2” movement, ALA offers a stipend to cover registration fees for up to ten participants from the U.S. Please address your request to the ALA Scholarship Committee and send them to Andra Zommere, Director of the ALA Education Office: azommers@sbcglobal.net. Please include a brief statement (2 to 3 paragraphs) on why would you be a good candidate to participate at the 2×2 youth program with the support of the ALA.
